(1) Insulated kettle body:

Adopting a five fold circular temperature locking structure, including a medium conduction temperature locking layer, a double-layer physical temperature locking structure, thickened high-temperature insulation cotton, an air circulation insulation structure, and a body insulation structure. Further accelerate the melting time of the coating, significantly reduce material temperature loss, and avoid wasting fuel by repeatedly heating and insulating.

(2) Heating system

The original imported heating device can achieve automatic electronic ignition, using a mechanical boosting system, with good atomization effect, more complete flame combustion, stable flame, no coking, no blockage, and longer service life.

(3) Mixing system

Imported high torque hydraulic motors have characteristics such as low to medium speed and high torque during operation, which can effectively promote heat conduction and uniformly and efficiently melt coatings.

(4) High precision temperature control system
