The intelligent temperature control energy-saving kettle (YHHF-SMART1200 II) can be divided into the following series of systems: multiple insulation kettle body, heating system, stirring system, high-precision temperature control system, etc.

(1) Gas circulation insulation kettle body:

Adopting a multi cycle gas circulation temperature locking structure, including gas circulation insulation structure, multiple physical temperature locking structure, thickened high-temperature resistant insulation cotton, and patented body insulation structure. Further accelerate the melting time of the coating, significantly reduce material temperature loss, and avoid wasting fuel by repeatedly heating and insulating.

(2) Heating system

Imported burner from Italy, capable of automatic electronic ignition, using mechanical boosting system, no need for fan, good atomization effect, more complete combustion of jet flame, stable flame, no coking or blockage, and longer service life.

(3) Mixing system

Imported high torque hydraulic motors have characteristics such as low to medium speed and high torque during operation, which can effectively promote heat conduction and uniformly and efficiently melt coatings.

The domestic first-line brand directional valve has an extremely low failure rate and achieves alternating positive and negative mixing operations, allowing the coating to be fully and evenly heated and avoiding insufficient melting.

(4) High precision temperature control system

The high-precision temperature control system can set the temperature according to the actual construction environment, with a temperature control accuracy of up to 99%. It perfectly achieves automatic stop fire when the temperature reaches, automatic ignition when the temperature drops, and avoids situations such as excessive heating, paint burning or fuel waste. It further improves the economy and simplicity of hot melt marking operation, and novice construction can also perfectly control the material temperature.
