1、 Basic Introduction

Combined with the upgraded torque hydraulic motor for thorough mixing, the melting time of a single cylinder in a fully loaded state is only 20 minutes. Save fuel while accelerating the rapid melting of the coating inside the kettle, improving the efficiency of marking engineering operations.

The unique multi gas circulation insulation structure design effectively locks in the temperature inside the kettle, greatly reducing construction costs.

2、 System Explanation

The intelligent temperature control energy-saving kettle (YHHF-SMART1200 II) can be divided into the following series of systems: multiple insulation kettle body, heating system, stirring system, high-precision temperature control system, etc.

(1) Gas circulation insulation kettle body:

Adopting a multi cycle gas circulation temperature locking structure, including gas circulation insulation structure, multiple physical temperature locking structure, thickened high-temperature resistant insulation cotton, and patented body insulation structure. Further accelerate the melting time of the coating, significantly reduce material temperature loss, and avoid wasting fuel by repeatedly heating and insulating.

(2) Heating system

1. Imported burner
