Hot melt marking paint is a type of paint applied on roads to mark road markings. Hot melt marking paint is a solid powder at room temperature. During construction, the paint is put into a melting kettle, and the temperature inside the kettle is controlled between 180 ℃ and 210 ℃. While melting, it is stirred. After melting into a molten flow state, it is placed into the insulation melting hopper of the marking truck. The melted coating is then introduced back into the marking bucket and insulated to keep the material in a molten state. Before marking the line, a pre marking machine is used to mark the position, and a primer machine is applied to the designated coating position according to the design drawing. After the coating agent is completely dry, the marking paint can be applied. When starting to draw lines, the marking bucket should be placed on the road surface. Due to the certain gap between the marking bucket and the ground, a neat marking line should be scraped and wiped out by the automatic flow when the marking car is traveling. The glass bead spreader can automatically and evenly spread a layer of reflective glass beads on the marking line.
