The structure of the marking machine is diverse, and there may be differences in structure due to different production design situations or applications for different construction objects and materials. A marking machine generally needs to have an engine, an air compressor, a coating (melt) bucket, a marking bucket (spray gun), a guide rod, a controller, and other devices, and be equipped with various auxiliary driving carriers as needed.

Engine: Most marking machines are powered by an engine, while others are powered by a battery. If an engine is used, its power ranges from approximately 2, 5HP to 20HP, but it is best to use internationally renowned brands such as Briggs&Stratton in the United States and Honda in Japan. Its advantages are self-evident: stable performance and easy procurement of spare parts, which almost determines the operational performance of the entire equipment; If using batteries as power, it is also necessary to consider the running time for each charge, preferably not less than 7 hours (approximately 1 day of working time).

Air compressor: For marking machines that rely on air for spraying (rather than hydraulic spraying), it is also the main component that affects the overall performance of the machine. Like engine 1, you should consider purchasing products equipped with internationally renowned brand air compressors. The larger the emissions, the better, but there must be a certain limit.

Material bucket: It mainly has two functions: one is to hold paint, in this sense, the size of its capacity will affect the number of refills and the progress of the operation. Another function that many users overlook is that the container is still a pressure vessel. It is pressurized by an air compressor and becomes a pressurized "gas tank" to become the driving force for marking work. In this sense, its sealing, safety, and corrosion resistance are all factors that users should consider. The better material buckets are all made of stainless steel, and some products even meet the American ASME standard.

Spray gun: One method is to use a "spray box" for spraying, which is relatively inexpensive and particularly suitable for construction on sports fields, lawns, and general parking lots; Another method is to use a spray gun for spraying, which is strictly speaking a spray gun, but the price of its nozzle is relatively high.
